Shipping and Return Information  
In-stock items  
When you purchase in-stock items from us, you can expect fast delivery within 1-3 business days. If you place your order before 12:00 PM, we will pack and ship the items the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location, but your package usually arrives the day after we have shipped it. In some cases, when items are shipped from different warehouses, the order may arrive in multiple packages.

Special order items  
To ensure an efficient process, we do not send partial deliveries. This means that if your order contains both in-stock items and special order items, we will wait to ship the entire order until all products are ready for delivery.

Shipping cost  
We aim to make shipping costs as simple and predictable as possible:

Returns and Open Purchase  
When you shop with NorTrap As, you have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you withdraw within 14 days, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.
