Stocked goods
When you buy in-stock items from us, you can expect fast delivery in 1-3 business days. If you place your order before 12:00, we will pack and ship the items the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose and where you live, but your package will usually arrive the day after we ship it. In some cases, when items are shipped from different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Order items
To ensure an efficient process, we do not ship partial shipments. This means that if your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, we will wait to ship the entire order until all products are ready for delivery.

Returns and Open Purchase
When you shop at NorTrap As, you have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you cancel within 14 days, you will receive a full refund, including shipping. If you cancel after 14 days, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Read our full purchase and delivery terms here.
